Terms & Conditions

Using this site means you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, discontinue use of the site and its linked tools.

Casey County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners supplies consumer reports or FCRA-regulated screening for credit, employment, insurance, or housing. We offer navigation to Casey County and Kentucky record resources, not private-investigation services.

Nature of This Website

This private reference site is not tied to any public office. It stores no official records and cannot verify custody, release a person, or file a document for a visitor.

Its pages point readers to Casey County release and court resources, Kentucky corrections systems, and independent research tools.

  • Use the site only in ways permitted by law.
  • Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass.
  • Do not rely on site content for employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
  • Do not attempt to enter restricted systems or accounts.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools against the site.
  • Do not interfere with access, security, or use by other visitors.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not furnish background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners offers screening services. You agree not to use information found here for:

  • hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision;
  • tenant selection or any housing decision;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • license, permit, benefit, or government-program eligibility; or

Independent Websites

Links may point to jail and release records, Kentucky and federal portals, legal-help resources, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's content, privacy practices, prices, results, or availability, and visitors should review its terms.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • that a record, date, or contact detail is accurate, complete, or current;
  • continuous or uninterrupted access;
  • freedom from errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities; or
  • that a partner search will locate every relevant result.

Custody and public-record systems change often. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Casey County Detention Center, Kentucky Department of Corrections, a court, or any other public agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its owners, contributors, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this site or an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its owners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise identified, the site's original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Casey County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or republished without written permission. Public records linked from the site remain subject to the rights and laws governing their source.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may change at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted on this page.

Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Kentucky Law Applies

These terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky. Requests to a Kentucky public agency are separately governed by the Kentucky Open Records Act, including KRS 61.870 and KRS 61.872.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only enough to make it enforceable where the law permits.
