Terms Entered in Search Tools
A query typed into a third-party search box is sent to the provider operating that tool. We do not receive or store the provider's full results. Its own privacy terms govern the query and any later signup.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send a message, we may receive the name, email address, and content you choose to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment details, medical information, or sensitive identifiers. This private site cannot accept an open-records request for the Casey County Detention Center or the Kentucky Department of Corrections.
Technical Data Collected in Use
Web servers and measurement services may automatically record an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and access times. These records help operate, secure, and understand use of the site.

Purposes for Using Data

Data may be provided to search partners that process a query, analytics providers that measure visits, and advertising networks that deliver or evaluate ads. It may also be disclosed to service providers supporting site operations or to law enforcement and other authorities when a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal requirement compels disclosure. We do not sell official Casey County jail or court records because this site does not hold them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, network, or storage method can promise absolute security. Submit only information necessary for the request.
Visitors Younger Than 18
This site is intended for adults and is not designed for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from minors. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contact Us page to request review.

We may need to verify identity, and a request cannot remove records held by Casey County, Kentucky courts, KY DOC, VINE, or another outside agency. Kentucky's Open Records Act, including KRS 61.870 and KRS 61.872, governs qualifying requests to Kentucky public agencies, not requests to this private site.
